Friendly people, and a lady working in the service department there was very patient and helpful with a problem we were having. My wife was hearing a whining noise coming from somewhere when the engine was running that I couldn’t hear. That employee was able to immediately identify and correct the issue.
Everything went well until I noticed a scratch at the edge of the drivers side back door after I left the dealership. I take great care of where I park my truck to avoid scratches and door dings. Hopefully I will be able to polish this scratch out.
Vehicle was serviced properly and finished before the time that I requested. $100 seems a little pricey for an oil change, but I'm happy with the work

Outstanding service. Truck would not start, called roadside assistance. They came a jumpstarted it. I then drive directly to Helena Toyota where Joseph and his team of professionals checked the battery for me. Everything checked out and we were on our way home in about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Great service. I’m very pleased

We are a little disappointed in the service aspect of things. We had been told differently over the phone about what services would be covered on this maintenance day, and with living over 180 miles round trip away, we had set this day aside to do the appropriate maintenance. With that, it wasn’t about the money, but more so the lack of customer service and us as purchasers not understanding what the service department was saying, but also them not willing to clarify in a respectful manner. We’re also disappointed in our warranty for rock chips. We had a very below average rock chip with only an explanation that it could not be repaired.

Levi was great to work with, work was done efficiently and timely. I was able to get my new running boards installed and a chip repair done before the estimated time Levi told me. I am very happy with the effectiveness and efficiency of Toyota of Helena. I had been a disappointed in the past with my previous purchase and am glad some serious changes were made.
