I informed the staff at drop off at the appointment I scheduled almost a month ago for 7AM that I needed my car back no later than 2 PM, 3PM at the latest. This is because I get off work at 3PM and live in Bozeman and have to pick up my kids at 5 from after-school activities. I began calling at 2:30 to inquire about the status. I got bounced around on hold and repeatedly kept getting the front desk and another service rep. They kept trying to forward me to Amy. My call just rang, and rang, and rang before the whole process repeated itself. I called again at 3:30PM. Same thing happened until the front desk took a message and asked for my number so I could be notified when my car was ready. 3:54PM I got a text saying my inspection was done and to review the inspection notes. I was presented with a $215 service which normally would have been approved, except for the fact that it came in 2 hours late and an hour after my absolute latest time. The best part though is the automated system you’re using now says the inspection was done before noon. At 4:03 I got a phone call telling me I could pick up my car and asking me if I needed the shuttle. My office closes at 4. I had already waited around at work for an hour after I was off. I told the rep no, as I was already in my coworker’s car on my way. I got into town at 6:15. Fortunately I had plenty of time to make sure my kids had a ride home. I understand that things can take extra time sometimes, there are almost always complications, that’s fine. What I am disappointed in is the absolute lack of communication. A text or a call would have been nice. An offer to have the shuttle pick me up at 3 would have been nice. Any communication would have been nice. Then, I got hit with a bill where the labor was almost $100 more than I was quoted last month. I was told it would be in the ballpark of $350-$400 and it was $493.11. If I didn’t pay for my next 3 services in advance I would genuinely consider never coming back. And when those 3 are up I will seriously consider scheduling my services in Bozeman from now on even though it is considerably more inconvenient not only because I was lied to last month I was incredibly disrespected.

I would have been with the exception that I usually get text messages or notifications that my car is being serviced. I got one when I dropped it off and that was it. I'm from out of town until I wasn't even sure if they had started on it yet. Other than that, completely satisfied more communication if I'm waiting all day and I have to drive an hour and a half home. Other than that, fantastic!
The toyota personnel were friendly, helpful and efficient. Their service was exceptionally good. However the cost of a simple service as resetting the TPS was outrageous. I could have had another place do it for half of what Toyota charged. The cost for the service would be the only reason I will have my car services done elsewhere.
Was happy with the work done on my truck. Was happy the tech took the time and not rushed it. Was also happy I was given a better deal the what the competitive dealers wanted. Also the advisor was helpful couldn't recall name

I made an appointment and said I was going to wait, but when I arrived they thought it was a drop off and said it would take two hours, which it did. Amy wasn’t there then. She is always informed and polite. Also they explained that my car had too many miles to cover the tire rotation. I have been using Toyota service for almost twenty years.
When i called to make the appointment, I pretty much could bring it in any time that morning. I chose 10:30, but was there by 9:30. By 3:00 or so I still had not received a text, so I stopped by and was told they haven't started on my truck, but it was next in line. Really!
