My issue was not fixed. The same issue I see it in my car. I came thrice to fix the issue on my new car but nothing changed. Since I was tired of coming that long I left it as such.

They let me wait for 2hours and 45 min. Just for the oil change. I spoke with the manager, It looks like she was in bad mood. I did have a good experience talking to her.

I recently brought my vehicle to this Toyota dealership for service and was told my serpentine belt needed replacing. I understand how important a serpentine belt is to a vehicle’s operation, but in my case, it only had two very small, minor cracks. The rest of the belt was in near-new condition. Despite this, the dealership made it sound as if it was on the verge of crumbling, which was misleading. I agreed to the work based on their recommendation, only to later realize the replacement was unnecessary. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. As a customer, I trust a dealership to provide honest, accurate assessments of what my vehicle needs—not to suggest unnecessary work. This situation not only cost me money but also caused me to question the integrity of the service department. I value transparency and trust when it comes to vehicle maintenance, and unfortunately, this visit has left me with serious doubts about returning in the future. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address the issue so that other customers are not put in a similar position.

I think you all should’ve did dirt oil change with the new engine you all had to put in with the recall. Thought that was on your part. Other wise I’m happy

Working with Cody might have been the best customer service experience I have had “all time”. I showed up frustrated in the first place due to ongoing issue with my vehicle but Cody quickly put me at ease. He communicates well and is no nonsense about making it a pleasurable experience at Bell Toyota. Cody actually seems to “care” about making sure his customers are well taken cate of. Bell Toyota is my new home for life for my car and truck needs. Thank you Cody well done buddy!
