Inability to get hold of the person to discuss the estimate. When calling the service advisors phone number I got routed to an answering robot indicating I would get a phone call or text message. I didn't get either. The invoice told me the battery would cost me $278 but I was told it would be covered by the warranty. When he finally called back, it was to late to get the battery replaced. I had to come back on Monday to get it fixed. So I went home with a car with a bad battery. I borrowed a charger from a friend which allowed me to use the car on the weekend. I also noticed that the cable to the negative battery post was loose which luckily did not prevent me to use the car over the weekend.

Nobody notified me that my car service was completed. I sat in the waiting room for 4 1/2 hours for an oil change in a tire rotation. And now I’m not even sure that my tires were rotated.
