Anthony was great.the "Express Service" takes too long.shouldnt take 2.5 hours for a basic oil, filter etc. I drop it and leave it but can't always do that.Anthony did a great job of explaining everything. No issues there. Thank you.

Service advisor was great. The time was crazy. Was told oil change could be up to two hour wait. Arrived on time for my appointment at 7:45, didn’t leave until almost 11:30. It was a long wait time than I anticipated when I had an appointment and it was just an oil change. I was sent services about my vehicle if I wanted to do additional maintenance on it after they had already brought my vehicle back.
Service of an oil change took over 5 hours after having a scheduled appointment. Not at one point was I aware of the delay until after two hours of waiting I had to go ask. Communication needs to be established between advisors and customers. After speaking to several customers they had all been waiting over 4 hours for an oil change and there had been no communication with them either.

The Management let Diego, down when they didn’t explain to him that there were 10 technicians not coming into work on Friday. We had an appointment for 11:40 AM for an oil change and by 4:30. The work hadn’t even been done thank goodness for the rental , Car Manager, she understood our frustration she got us into a car so we could at least go home to Casa Grande an hour and 20 minutes away to feed our dog here at home and when the service was done finally on Saturday, we were able to go back and pick up the vehicle. Our disappointment came when the management overloaded the workload with 10 mechanics not showing up on Friday that no one called us at 10am in the morning on Friday to let us know don’t come down from Casa Grande . We’ve got a problem with getting your service done today. Would’ve been a lot better. Had Management step forward let their Service Writers know that the delay would cause Customer frustration which it did. My wife was pulling her hair out. Why can’t these people understand when you make an appointment? You tell us to be there at 11:40 am and we’re on time and you’ll wait up to maybe an hour and a half to two hours when four hours go by and still no work on the car. This shows the poor leadership the company has they got excellent people working there and they try to help you by being pleasant and courteous, but it’s not their fault that you don’t support your own people. You’ve gotta look into this. This is a very serious thing. Customers happiness is probably the primary reason customers come back. The reason people come back to you. My service advisor Anthony was terrible. My vehicle was done and needed to get home and he was taking his sweet time and chatting around and helping everyone else right in front of me right after he said all he needed to do was finish up my paperwork and get me on my way. I had an appointment at 10 and left at 1:30. This is unacceptable for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. My appointment was at 10. Horrible customer service and very not helpful.
My heads up display is stuck on service. It is asking to reset oul info. We can’t get it cleared and have to make another trip to get it removed or updated. Chris was very nice but not having the service complete is concerning.
I got there at 2:30 because I had a 2:30 appointment. Around 4:50 in the afternoon. I went to ask them where my car was and he said they're working on it now. And I said okay. Maybe it took a little long. He comes back and tells me that they hadn't even started my vehicle because they prioritized a few other repairs in front of mine that were more important. I spoke with several other individuals that were there and some of them were there for 5 hours just for an oil change. I find this to be very unacceptable and unprofessional. What is the point of having an appointment if they're just going to push other vehicles in front of yours because they're more important? So yes, I was completely unsatisfied. Thank you!

Im completely satisfied as 2 hw well Alan n his team handled everything regarding the service i needed on my Corolla. Alan n his team were very professional n I appreciated everything they did to get my Corolla bk to me in a timely manner.
