I was told it would only be an hr wait. 3 hrs later it was serviced and one of my lug nuts was stripped and they want me to replace it but you guy's are the only ones that took my tires off since I had them installed. And my passenger seat was dirty and that wasn't like that when I brought it in.

They didn’t turn of a sensor indicator that I was told would be taken care of by my last service person. So now I gotta drive around with it popping up making difficult to see the speedometer

Absolutely ****. I told them what was wrong with the vehicle. I told them exactly what had been done to fix the vehicle and it still didn't fix the problem. I asked them to give me the solution to how to fix it and they said we don't fix transmissions we just replace them so you are literally performing repairs that don't need to be done and you are price gouging customers. I paid $210 for absolutely nothing. I asked for the name and number of the owner of the dealership and they provided me with the name and said they didn't have the owners number. I am 100% disappointed with Bell Rd Toyota and will be contacting Toyota corporate to express my disgust with every aspect of Bell Rd Toyota and I will never be back there ever again and will also tell everyone I know and talk to about my experience with Bell Rd Toyota.

At first I was told bell Toyota couldn’t fix my car I recently bought. But after bell Toyota looked over the contract they kindly gave me the work needed at no cost to me. I really appreciate that they reconsidered their decision. I will return in the future to have the maintenance work done. Thank you Bell Toyota!

Billy is great, he has always been extremely helpful. He did resolve a front end warranty issue after it was repaired. I brought it back (less than 300 miles later) because of a front end clanking noise. After 2 attempts it seems to be fixed thanks to Billy's diligence. But in all fairness I brought the vehicle there for the initial repair but ended up bringing it back 2 more times. That's a few extra hours for my wife and I. As a loyal customer I believe Toyota could take care of my next oil and lube service. Seems fair enough. Thank you, Dave W

I was told to make an appointment which I did two days prior then when I get there approximately a half hour early, I sat there and waited then finally someone other than Christopher came up and started the paperwork. I was told that time would be an hour and a half to two hours for an oil change is ridiculous then almost 2 hours into it. I finally got a text about all the recommended repairs at which point I went to look for Christopher and finally someone pointed them out to me and then they got my truck and proceeded to hit me with a 2% surcharge which I find very insulting.

Christopher was very nice and helped me very quickly as well as answered all of my questions, very satisfied. It looks however that the mechanics did not happen to fill up the tires like i was told they would by sarah but Christopher was perfect
