Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service or lack there of. Total lack of communication and disregard/disrespect of my time. I would definitely give this experience a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Waited in line over 20 minutes past my appt time just to be checked in by Anthony. Then at the hour 1/2 mark I asked for an update as to how much longer and heard crickets. After waiting over two hours and I made contact with Diego who in my opinion was procrastinating in giving me the inevitable bad news. I could see my name on his screen towards the bottom of the page. He repeatedly went in and out of the page. I asked if my car had even been started. He finally confirmed my suspicions and then had the audacity to tell me it wud be at least another hour before they got to my car. Completely unprofessional & insane to assume I (or anyone else for that matter) would sit there for 3 1/2-4 hours before you even touch my car. I demanded to have my car back. I rely on my vehicle to make money and you all cost me several hours without pay with your lack of communication. Then I tried on and off for an hour to get through to the service department with no success. I would either get no answer, cutoff or disconnected. It wasn’t until 4 hours later that Anthony called to confirm that I had my car, because he hadn’t closed out my paperwork. Under no circumstances should a customer ever be left hanging/waiting that long with no communication. If someone had the courtesy of letting me know your were short staffed and that far behind, I would of cancelled my appointment immediately. Sadly, I was never given the option. Very disappointing experience that has left a very sour taste in my mouth!!!!
My service appointment with Billy was my best ever Toyota service appointment in 16 years of owning a Toyota. Thank you Billy for your work- I am not dreading my next Toyota service appointment!
I am extremely frustrated with how this was handled. Tony, my service advisor, specifically told me the parts were in, confirmed they were ready, and arranged the appointment based on that information. After I took time out of my day and brought the vehicle in, I was then told the parts were not there after all.
What is even more concerning is that when I asked why this happened, the response I received was essentially, "I don't know," delivered in a very careless and dismissive manner, as if no one felt responsible for the mistake. There was no accountability, no concern for the inconvenience caused, and no respect for my time.
This level of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I expect a clear explanation and a resolution to this issue.
Tony knows my vehicle history & needs, and always supports me well.
Forgot oil sticker on windshield
I was scheduled for noon but Eduardo was gone to lunch. Then someone else was supposed to come and sign me in but no one came for so long that I had to start my car and run the air conditioning. I arrived at roughly 12:40 but didn’t talk to a service writer until nearly 1:00. I know it was only 20 minutes or so but people who pulled in after me were helped while I sat in my car and waited. If you don’t have enough people to cover at lunch, don’t schedule people for a noon check-in.
Was completely satisfied! Mr. Parra was professionaland very courteous. I will definitely be returning.
My vehicle is with you guys for five hours. The oil change wasn’t complete after I originally scheduled it. The cabin motor fan issue I had to replace myself the next day due to not getting a price check on the part and labor. Now my truck is well overdue on the oil change and I have to reschedule. The oil change that wasn’t done and I was not given a reason on why other than I can reschedule for Wednesday or anytime that I’m free. Terrible service.

Ive specifically asked for billy for service for years, he is wonderful and trustworthy!
What I found in the waiting area this time however was intolerably LOUD music being pumped everywhere! You could hardly think or read due to it. Even some employees complained about it. This has not happened before. Please keep the volume down. I cant even imagine trying to look at or talk about a possible new car purchase with that din. Thank you.

Didn't meet service guy prior to work. Spent 2 mins with Anthony. He seemed fine. Would have liked to have been asked if I had questions or concerns. But all went well

There was no communication on status of our vehicle. I decided to call after waiting 6 hours and it wasn't until I called the front desk to get a hold of someone, was I able to get my message delivered to our advisor. I got a call about 10 minutes later just saying that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. No "hey sorry I missed all your calls" or any type of excuse as to why there wasn't any communication about our vehicle. Just "your vehicle is ready". Thats it. I understand things get backed up, but I even left a voicemail to the direct number and we still couldn't get any form of communication. Just disappointing

The initial visit on Friday, June 19, 2026, and the failure of your mechanics to put back on the radiator cap, causing my FJ to overheat and lose over 1.5 gallons of coolant, required this unnecessary additional visit on Monday, June 22, 2026. So, am I happy with your services, NO!
