I got there 3 minutes early, 20 minutes later, Anthony finds my car and informs me, no even told him I was there. Second, I was late picking up my autistic husband from work. I was told it would be 2-3 hours. It was actually 5 hours. It took a whole hour before my paperwork was processed. Not sure who dropped the ball. He blamed the auto shop for me not getting my keys in a timely manner.

My experience with Billy Sparks was excellent he was very helpful in getting me a ride to get back home. He got the parts ordered needed for my car right away because I had to leave the car there and he called me and sent me a text that the car was ready. It was ready earlier than I expected.

Had nothing to do with Diego. It was the person who serviced my vehicle. They didn't close my hood all the way. It popped up as I was driving down Bell road. I had to pull over and close it. It was Chris who checked me in & gave my work order to Diego. So when I recieved the message that my vehicle was ready I had no idea that it was given to him. Tgere was another person that checked me out. Because Deigo was busy with a customer for a long time and then the room was filled with 2 others waiting to be checked out.
