Diego was fine. Very professional. Who ever sends inspection report, failed to see multiple services we’re already completed just a few months ago. Also, I asked for key fob batteries to be replaced. This was completely overlooked and one still doesn’t work.

So had problems making an appointment for today and had to be at 10:15 got there at 10:15 took about 15 minutes to check in because my service manager was out apparently a lot of the service managers were up and it caused such a mess I wish you would have had the foresight to call and ask us to reschedule if you knew you were going to be short-handed as it sounded like you knew not satisfied at all it took 3 hours and 20 minutes to do an oil change not acceptable

The duration of the oil change and service is consistently taking 3+ hours. Upon stepping outside at the 3 hour mark I see that my car was done and sitting outside. I waited 20 more minutes before I asked what the status was. I think there can be a little more awareness to peoples time and getting them out and on their way when their vehicle is done. Ive never waited that long on a walk-in oil change, yet I deal with it here all while having an appointment. Fix that concern and I think the department is fine.

Everything was fine until I went to pick up my vehicle and my car keys were no where to be found. Turned out my service provider took them home with him and I had to wait another 30 mins before I could leave.

Went in for a simple tire pressure sensor to be removed from the dashboard ended up having to go there three times in one day

Anthony was great. Billy was out today and Anthony stepped up in his absence. Took great care of me and communicated very well. Very happy with the customer service and overall hum of the group. By the way the team was operating, I knew I was going to be taken care of.
