To begin, my car was scratched on the driver door which isn't my service advisors fault, but the tech should of caught it, but I had to catch the error. The service advisor said they would fix it, and I should could a call before noon on Monday to schedule the car to be dropped off to fix the scratches, and I didn't recieve that call. I had to call. I was told it would take 2 days and it turned into a week. Everyday I was told I would recieve a call before noon for an update, and I did not. I had to call everyday. It was a very unpleasant experience that I have not had before. I was also disappointed that my car was left dirty with smudges, marks, and some kinda of powder left all over my driver side. It is just really disappointing.

The service went smooth and scheduling was easy. Everyone I met or interacted with were so helpful and polite. My issue was with retrieving my vehicle after hours. My key was to be left with sales but when I went to pick it up, no one had my key or could locate it. Fortunately I brought my spare and was able to locate my 4Runner to drive it home but I still do not have the key. Please contact me to get this resolved.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Bell Toyota, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I was initially told my service would take approximately 3 hours, but it ultimately took 5 hours to complete. While I understand delays can happen, there was very little communication or explanation regarding the additional wait time. The experience got off to a poor start as well. When I first arrived at the service drive, it seemed like no one was interested in helping me. I sat waiting at least 10-15 mins until I finally had to roll down my window and call out to someone just to get assistance. A customer shouldn’t have to ask for attention after arriving for a scheduled service. Overall, the lack of urgency, communication, and customer service made what should have been a routine visit frustrating. I expect better from a Toyota dealership and hope improvements are made so future customers have a more positive experience.

Barely looked at my car did nothing ran a code reader on it and then called it done car still overheating. Now transmission is overheating on 2 Wheel Dr. Brought it to another dealership told me that the transmission fluid had to be changed and was burned thank God I took it to another dealership.
