I would like to have the receipt broken down for me by the employee telling me what I'm paying for. Example, i paid for an oil change but i have lifetime oil changes for free. I would like to be told the oil change is free and what is still needed to be paid for so there is no confusion.

The service from the rep was great. I just don’t understand how an appointment lasts 2 hours for a 30 minute oil change service. I would think customers with Toyota care packages would get some kind of priority for service. But I arrive on time for my appointment then the vehicle doesn’t get into the service area until an hour later.

I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle last Friday and even took the day off work to do so. However, I was only notified that same day that a part needed to be replaced, which caused a significant delay. This was a big inconvenience and highlighted a serious lack of communication throughout the process. I would have appreciated being informed earlier so I could adjust my schedule accordingly.

Could not schedule online? Drove 10 miles to schedule appt. Then, appt cancelled due to Bell’s chaos. 2nd appt ok, yet less than 24 hours later our car indicated 2 under inflated tires. Tire pressure obviously not checked. Also, extra long appt. Not what I expect from Bell Road Toyota, as a customer for over 10 years.
