Cody was awesome! He called and was able to get my car serviced early. He was very informative of what was going on with my car. I definitely will recommend other people to him who have Toyotas.

Driveshaft joints did not get lubricated as asked. This is part of the service package I purchased for 3 oil changes, rotation, driveshaft lubrication while Mike Ross was still working there. My service advisor brushed off my request when I asked him to make sure it gets done. Then, at the end, he tried charging me for my pre paid service. The attention to detail is not what it used to be.

My service agent,Trey was pleasant, helpful, informative and polite. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the service equipment that resulted in my vehicle being held hostage over the weekend. I was provided with a rental vehicle at no cost to me. The service equipment issue was not the fault of my service agent. I was very happy with him.

When I got my vehicle the error code was still there. He told me the reason why it was a code. Because I had a hitch in the receiver. I went home and took it out, and the code is still there.
