TJ has the exceptional talent of listening. He demonstrated patience with my frustrations surrounding the ongoing malfunctions of the Taco Truck. Both he and Mark looked further into the issues even when the diagnostics didn’t show any defects. That in itself is instinct and I hope they are commended for going beyond the basics to find the problem.

The last two times the vehicle has been in for service, the promised time has been exceeded. Unfortunately with the last, I had no idea where we were at in the process, and after the promised time had been exceeded by two hours, no updates were given. I only knew that the vehicle was being worked on because the app notified me that the hood and doors were open. The gentleman who was training, and recently came over from sales was kind and personable. He will be a good fit in the service department and I look forward to bringing the vehicle to him next time I schedule service. The uber was appreciated.
