Service manager Todd is a complete **** and lied and raised his voice with me over the phone and tried to intimidate me into accepting his poor service was my fault. I had to go to bell road to get this service done because they lied and charged for the car service and it was never completed because they were too busy taking pictures, now I am free to use a retrable dealer, and not this untrustworthy, bell road Toyota. Never have. I received such poor service and their service manager is ill equipt to be in that roll. Thank you for reminding me of my poor service experience. So I can call corporate toda again and tell them about what happened and how this customer service rep did not return my call

My appointment for an oil change was at 9 AM. Waited in the showroom for 3 1/2 hours with no updates. Checked in at 12:30 PM to see how much longer, and he indicated that they hadn't even started yet. It is absolutely ridiculous and rude to not extend any consideration for the customer's time just to have them sit and wait endlessly.

i okd 2 items..you performed 3 and charged me..in writing i told you 2 items and i told my rep on the phone 2 items....also my service guy told me he would call me 4 different times in 2 days and he never once called me...i had to track him down everytime...dont bother contacting me..i will not be wasting my time or my money for service or a new car ever again at your place of business....worst service ever and i feel i was taken having okd 2 items and you completely ignoring that...go away.

I paid for an oil change, knowing it was your package deal. They did not rotate tires. I did not get a feedback sheet identifying other issues that I could’ve had. I do not feel like I got the best quality from Toyota. I’ve been a long-standing customer. Never had any issues prior to this last visit. I understand you are understaffed someone called out sick. Not sure I’ll be back.

My appointment was for 7:00 and was asked to wait for Eduardo who did not arrive until close to 7:30. Another gentleman who asked who I was waiting for did check me in when he found out I had been waiting for Eduardo. Eduardo did arrange for a discount on my yellow service for the inconvenience. He did go out of his way to inform me of work I needed done beyond the yellow service. He redeemed himself.

I bought a brand new truck from Bell Road Toyota. Someone's phone was already programmed into the radio and settings had been changed. Even safety settings like the seatbelt chime. I asked if there was a list or option to go through the setting to understand what's been changed. I was told it would cost $199 service fee. Brand new vehicle not even 2500 miles under warranty to look at factory settings that can only be set by the factory scanner?? After I told him all this he went to ask the techs and said nobody knows how to do the setting in my new truck? I would have to check it back in and have a master technician look at it. I didn't have time for that today so said we can deal with it at another service interval but I'm thinking it may be best to go to another dealership with a knowledgeable service team that understands the vehicles they're selling. That is the reason we bring our vehicles to the dealer after all.
