We are so happy with the way Cody communicated with us regarding the air-conditioning problem we had with the Avalon. He worked hard to get us the best price. He was patient while we decided what we wanted to do. We trust Cody and will definitely call him if we have any further concerns with our Toyota. Cody is the best!!

Please fix Evanlee's contact number. He was able to send me a text, but I wasn't able to call him on it. I had texted him and waited for a response that never came. Then I contacted the service department and had to wait for him to have time to return my call. I was waiting for longer than I had expected and had to rearrange/cancel some things in my day because of the lack of communication. Evenlee was very knowledgeable and apologetic for the line not working properly. Overall, I am glad to have my car worked on there, but the experience was less than par.
Tundra was returned w mud splash on driver side arm rest and window switches seemed to been parked under a roof leak w the windows down. Miles per gallon was not reset read was 586 miles per full tank. It has always been @ 420-425 serviceman Tim advised that was correct. I beg to differ he just shrugged. Tundra had a full tank and reading was 586 miles @ the time of service. I also bought items at part department and I requested a military discount n he said yes. Upon getting home n reading the receipt no military discount.
Billy was able to go into maintenance system and register our new Venza. System had our previous 2013 Venza scheduled for service.
Eduardo was great. I was in two weeks ago to get an oil change and tire rotation, as well as as a multi point check. I let them know as because we were going on a road trip. Last week my brakes started making a noise and two days ago my battery had difficulty turning over to start the car. I brought the car in today. They told me I needed pads all the way around as well as new rotors and a new battery. I was not made aware of this just last week for my multipoint check. I spent six hours there waiting for my car to get serviced. I had to burn another vacation day at work. It tells me nothing was done to check out the rest of my vehicle as I requested in my previous visit. Very disappointing. That said Eduardo did the best he could help me today.

I waited 15 minutes to be waited on this morning by TJ and 20 minutes to be waited on when I came to pick up the car. If the appointment time is not convenient for the service technician, then why schedule me at that that time? My husband was waiting for me after I dropped the car and it seemed very disrespectful to keep us both waiting. Perhaps punctuality is not valued. It is a value in my work and I expect others to value it albeit foolishly.

Service was good but waiting time to receive service was much too long 4hrs for oil change and cabin filter replacement should never take that long. Maybe your scheduler needs to be reviewed. Seems there are too many vehicles scheduled at the same time slot. Or too few techs available for the workload.

Your services is way too expensive and there is no longer an advantage to using the dealer for my maintenance. I will not be coming back and will use outside service going forward.
