TJ was fine but the system identified my car as a different model of Highlander and it took 4.5 hrs to rotate tires and check fluids . That was not what I expected

Tim was super professional and listened to what I had to say. Wonderful experience with him. The oil change took longer than expected but that happens sometimes.

He has become very helpful in my needs, and my vehicle needs understanding how to work with me personally and being able to take care of my “Yoda”. This is not on him, but I sure do wish there was a way of making appointments that had priorities when they’re just simple things like oil change tire rotation. The place is so busy. It is very difficult to get things done in a in my opinion reasonable time

Tj was great, but over 3 hours for a tire rotation and inspection is absolutely ridiculous. Making an appointment just to get there and be told the tech my appointment was scheduled with (that I didn't request) is no longer with the company and having to wait for someone else to be assigned to me is also ridiculous. Having to call to see if my truck was ready is ridiculous. Having to wait so long to get my keys to take my truck and leave after 3.5 hours is the most ridiculous of all.
