Diego was amazing in getting the roof rack that was supposed to be included when I bought my 4Runner. Unfortunately I think Toyota took four months to get me one hoping I would forget. I had to constantly hound them on an update, something being blatantly ignored. It’s kind of ridiculous they forget about you after you sign the paperwork to buy your car.

The Bank fell through! I Was misrepresented by the dealership to the bank! When I went to Bell Road Toyota, the first phrase out of my mouth to the salesperson, "I'm here to buy a car for Ride Share driving" and yet, the bank withdrew from the deal, when they realized I was earning from Ridesharing! Whatever happened between Bell Road Toyota, and the Finance company getting my loan paperwork, I will never know the truth! If they represented me initially with the truth, maybe a deal wasn't ever possible! If they knew the finance co wasn't eager to sign Ride Share drivers, they should never have paired me with that company! Is it possible they did so intentionally? Likely! It's called Yo Yo Scamming! The dealer makes an offer too good to be true but attempts to close the deal, and the driver thinks he's got a new car, and drives away, only for the bank to say NO, and the dealer finds another company who wants more money, or the dealer wants there car back.... THAT's exactly what happened! I loved that Equinnox! I never had a chance to prove I could make it... now i'm back in a rental car, and I don't know who to trust with any dealers.... OH.... and still waiting for BELL ROAD TOYOTA to refund my collateral! AZ Law states if a finance org backs out of the deal for a car, any collateral given up needs to be promptly returned!! I'm still waiting!! ONE START MAX!! I'd give them a ZERO if I could!

Rick seemed very slow. It appeared there were at least 5 free service techs and I was standing waiting to get my car for 15 minutes. This is an incredibly inefficient system.

Tim is a great service manager and extremely helpful to get my car thru service as swiftly as possible. When I purchased my vehicle I knew I’d be coming to Bell rd Toyota for service based on my location. Your team has been nothing but remarkable! Thank you for incredible service.

I’ve worked with Tim, Todd, and Tony over the last couple of months! Those three guys have been amazing! If I owned a dealership I would totally overpay those guys to come work for me! You got some good ones! Make sure you take care of them!

I called because I wanted to get an oil change done and was told it would take me an hour. I got there around probably 10:20 maybe. I took lunch early from work and stop by, I didn’t leave until almost 2PM. So I’m the end I ended up losing my work day. To clarify, I don’t think this was Anthony’s fault, as he was trying to explain to me what happened. The tech that was gonna work on my car went to his lunch ( which I understand ) . watched someone that came after me , leaving before me. It was pretty frustrated. Somebody could’ve told me it would’ve taken longer than the hour I was told , then I would’ve decided whether I was going to wait or not. Toyota , please do better . This is my first ever Toyota , I’m hoping my next appointment will be better

Moving from Texas we originally went to a different Toyota. Our experience there was terrible. As loyal Toyota owners for more than 10 years we were nervous. We had never had a bad experience with Toyota. Once we met the advisor at Bell Road Toyota we were blown away with the level of customer service. Our advisor Evanlee was amazing. He took the time to listen to our issues and helped us with our tire warranty. The impression he left with us has helped us decide that Bell Road Toyota will be our new dealership for as long as we live in AZ.
