I found Cody to be an excellent service provider. I was in for a recommended service appointment and was also wanting my car made road ready for an upcoming road trip. I was impressed that he checked my car service history to see what had been done and when, and also what he recommended for both needed services and the items to meet the roadtrip ready requirements. I found Cody to be very pleasant and knowledgeable in our dealings and I appreciated him updating me throughout my visit.

Unacceptable!!!!Please have someone contact me regarding this ridiculous process. I've purchased several new vehicles from this dealership and nobody will contact me to resolve the issues with this repair. So frustrated, I even sent an email to the GM because the service manager has failed to call me back, Todd!!!! Come on guy's, this is Unacceptable customer service!!!

I was there at 10 a.m. and got signed in. Evanlee Husband told me it would be a couple of hours till the car would be ready. 12:30 came the car was not ready. 2:30 p.m. came the car was still not ready. Come to find out the car was never put on the list. I finally got my car back at 4:00p.m. Then I was sent a bill for what was supposed to be a complimentery service. The paper I signed said $0.00 due.

The service was excellent from start to finish. My service advisor was friendly, helpful, and kept me updated the whole time. The technicians did a great job—my car runs perfectly now. I really appreciate the professional and reliable service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Problem required vehicle to be held over a weekend.Cody transferd me to service manager and Trish assigned a loaner vehicle to me. Spent $100,000 on 3 vehicles the last 9 years with Bell Road Toyota and am fully satisfied.

Today, September 15, 2025 I picked up my 2020 Toyota forerunner it was in because of a check engine light for misfire cylinder number six was the only code (p0306). I received the link for what’s wrong with my vehicle, long story short I was told I needed a new motor. It’s too worn out to even do a head gasket. Quote-$14399.03 . I picked up the truck today popped the hood looked at cylinder number six injector and the wires look as if they were chewed by a rat. Also noticed that cylinder numbers four and two were unplugged at the coil ( cylinder number 4 and cylinder number 2 we’re connected when I drop the vehicle off). I proceeded to remove the pins from the plug and fix the chewed wires by by re-soldering and reinstalling pins into casing. I plugged it back into the injector. Cleared the codes with my 1990s Matco scanner that was in the passenger seat with you guys, started the vehicle. Boom no check engine light no code whatsoever vehicle runs fine. I’m not pleased with the professionalism or mechanical capabilities of your technicians. This is sad because Toyota is a great brand and I love my four Runner and was hoping that I was going to be able to count on you guys. - customer Kenneth M
