I called to ask for an oil change because I paid for the lifetime oil changes. I got there and was told it would take 3-4 hours even though I was there at 7 am. I did get offered a ride back and forth. However, when I went to pick up they tried to charge me. Someone else was helping since Andy was on lunch. I told the guy that I had lifetime oil changes and he apologized and fixed it. He said however the other services were not free. I explained that I only asked for oil changes nothing else. He called Andy and he had to take my car back to get the tires back to the original tire rotation because I had just bought 2 tires and purposely put the better tires on the back. It took another 30 minutes to wait on my car. Next time I will not purchase the life time oil changes so I can go somewhere else and be in and out under an hour.

Simple appointment set up. Dropped off my vehicle using the early drop and got my vehicle back the next day. Service advisor kept me informed and all was good upon my return. Only request would be to make the drop box either a little secure or empty the box nightly. To keep keys more secure.

No employees take accountability. Any issue is always "the systems" fault or some other employees. Ive corrected my phone number and address multiple times with them. I was told an Uber was sent to pick me up, never arrived because they gave the wrong phone number. I called to correct, and twice they gave the wrong address claiming it was my fault. 3 failed attempts at a ride and an hour later I ordered myself a lyft. Upon arrival the technician was condescending and insisted that it was my own fault. My total has been discounted multiple times because of issues similar to this and frankly it is embarrassing that a company this large can have so many internal issues. My biggest issues is accountability is never taken by employees, it is always "the systems" fault.

I scheduled a 9:30 am oil change. I was there at 9:30. My advisor checked me in at 9:47. At 12:30 pm (2 hrs after appointed time), I checked on status of vehicle. Not done, and advisor not available. I checked back at 1:00 pm. Advisor said it would be another 30-40 minutes. I asked for vehicle back, and left without an oil change.
