4 hours for an oil change when I reserved a time slot and didn't just come in off the street. Couple that with the lack of communication throuought the process and I really felt mistreated. I had to seek out a representative for a status on my vehicle only for them to ask me a series of questions that should have been asked at the biggining 3 hours orior. " hi, would you like an air filter replacement", or " looks like you need new windshield wipers". Im asked these questions 3 hours into my oil chamge,as if some air head is in the garage waiting for some direction. No text, no ealk up, nothing. I have to be the one to checking, which really sends me up the wall. Not cool, not cool at all.

My car was at the center for one full Day . Which should eventually be a 90 mins job . My all other commitments of the day were affected due to it .

Came in for service and the mechanics messed up my radio/LCD unit. Couldn't fix it and wouldn't take responsibility. Instead said it was a hardware failure and needed to be replaced at a cost of about $4500. But a toyota associate, Xavier, happened to see me as I was waiting to be checked out and saw the problem and fixed it within 5 seconds. Just needed a password reset. Toyota would not admit they made mistake. I've escalated it to management.

Came in looking for Rick as I've dealt with him previously for my highlander but he was off the day I brought my car in and Billy offered to help me out. He was amazing and a really personable and great guy. He did everything I asked him to do and saw some routine stuff that needed doing and took care of that as well. I work nights so it gets complicated bringing my car in and picking it up and Billy made sure it got taken care of despite not having an appointment and had it ready to go first thing the next morning as I'd asked for. Amazing service manager (I think that's his title?) and I'm going to be dealing with him going forward. Rick is great and never let me down but I really liked working with Billy a lot.

Thank you for this space for me to provide detail about my first experience obtaining my “free” services. I like Bell Road Toyota. I purchased 2 cars from Bell Road. Recent purchase was completed with Will Hill and Ali. I met Ed Parra who has a nice personality. I might be wrong but I think he is a fairly new service advisor…might need a little time to embrace what seems to be high customer service requirements. With recent purchase of Toyota, I received several free services. Here’s the thing: I drive 30+ miles for that service. I didn’t mind the long wait but was disappointed to see 2 lights illuminated on the dash when departing but I could not return at that time for resolution. I called Ed Parra to inquire and sent a text. Ed told me he would call when he had time…I chose to remain on the line and Ed helped me by providing number I could send message and photo to…I had sent it to his land line…that’s on me. I launched message Friday…it’s Monday midday now and I have not heard from Ex. Now I notice 1 light is no longer illuminated and I have figured out on my own, 3 out of 4 tires need further I flatio and I will have Discount Tire help me. I ask now…May I transfer the remaining “free” services to another Toyota dealer closer to me as it would be more efficient for me. I look forward to learning more.
