I sat there for 2.5 hours and they still hadn’t taken my car back to be seen and I had to catch a flight so I had them get my car and I left. I’m so upset that I wasted my day and didn’t even get the oil change I needed. I will never come here again.

An oil change and tire rotation should not take 3 hours to complete. I had my vehicle there just prior to 10am, per my appointment and wasn't able to leave your premises until 1:10pm. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE and personally and think it is very rude of a company for that service. I could have changed the oil and rotated the tires in my back yard in less than 3 hours. IF YOUR MAKING AN APPOINTMENT I EXPECT YOU TO STICK TO YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN. I DO AND YOU SHOULD FOLLOW. In the future, I will be taking my vehicle someplace else from now on and when it is time to get my wife a new car, we will be going to someone other than BELL ROAD TOYOTA.
