Eduardo is amazing! I dislike that there is no number straight to contact him to see what the status is on the car. When I call and ask questions on my car the lady who answered was VERY UNHELPFUL! She stated she was unable to transfer me but they would call me back. NEVER called me until my car was all done hours later.

My tires were supposedly rotated, which was my primary reason for this service appointment. However, yesterday I had an alert on my Toyota app that one tire was at 23psi, and the others were at 28. They are supposed to be 33psi. I had to spend $75 on a mobile air compressor to be delivered and inflate them myself. Now I’m left to question if the oil had been changed as well.

I received the highest quality service from your Service Advisor,Diego. He answered my incoming call into your Service Department on Saturday morning and assisted me with my dead Toyota battery. Without hesitation he asked me to bring my vehicle in to have my battery replaced once I was able to get a charge to drive it. I was very thankful he was able to work me into your busy Saturday schedule without an appointment. Sincerely, Sue Sublett
