Came to my 5,000 service appointment, waited in lobby for it to be completed, when the time I had been waiting was approaching two hours, I went to find someone to find out how I could find out about how much longer it was going to take. The person at the parts department said I need to find my service advisor whom I had no clue how to get a hold of. I walked outside and just happened to see him across the way, he looked at his tablet and said “oh they just now took it back. It’s being inspected” so I asked him well’ how much longer do you think it’s going to take? I was under the assumption that it wouldn’t be taking three hours for a service when my oil wasn’t even being changed. He informed me that they were very busy and that people had walk-ins and I’m not even sure what he was saying honestly, and I said well I wish I was informed of this that the appointment could take so long when I made an appointment to come in, I had to be somewhere later that evening, he told me it would be anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour more. Unfortunately, it seems like every time I come in for something through service through Bell, its an issue. The wasn’t the only one in the lobby that had the sentiment that I had. Unfortunately I kind of feel like a problem customer every time I come in I don’t mean to complain, but being informed of something would be nice, especially when you make an appointment and not just walk in to get service.
He was friendly and informative did a great job on my tint and gave me great instructions for after care.
I came in for a routine maintenance. After 4 hours I was told that there was a bushing that needed to be replaced. The initial quote was for $195. I accepted it and then they came back and said that it was a mistake and the total cost would be $543 to fix that. Almost 3 hours later I got the car back and left. I immediately noticed there was a loud noise. Brought it back to the service center. I was told that I now need a new ball joint on the left side. Which is going to cost a few hundred more. This was after nearly $700 and 7 hours later. Very frustrating. My service advisor Evanlee was nice but overall a terrible experience. I have owned and used Toyota service centers for nearly 20 years. Today might have been my last time.

Rick was extremely welcoming and helpful from start to finish. He wasn’t sure if we could get the work done on my car the same day but he pulled some strings and made it happen. Excellent service. Thanks
There was major confusion at drop off between my initial conversation, my service manager and the rental manager. It was disappointing and did not give me confidence at all.

Tony provided me with very good service on scheduling my vehicle for a last minute request for additional service on my vehicle. His follow up was very good as well when the work was completed.
Tim was great but i needed to an update once in awhile. I had to come ask about my car twice. but i don't know why it took 4 hours + for an oil change etc. Also, i live close to Anthem,therefore i don't have the option to go home instead of waiting.
they were sooo unprofessional, I was waiting for 3 full hours only for them to rotate my tires, not to mention I already had scheduled appointment. I am very unsatisfied and I will never come back again.

It took over 3 hours for a simple oil and filter change. Not Anthony’s fault but wow express service needs to improve!!!
