I brought in my car 15 minutes prior to my schedlued appointment at 0730, I didn’t get my car back until 1130 for a simple yellow service. No one even bothered giving update about what’s going on and why it’s taking so long. I had to chase and look for the advisor to get information about my 4Runner. At least the staff that checks in and picks up the cars apologized….

Service advisor should use the phone rather than the texting platform when trying to communicate. Not all the service items were taken care of during my visit so now I have to go back next week.

Made me feel I was committing fraud with my coupon $19.95 for oil change he spoke to multiple people while I was present all stated they had never seen r heard of this price. Service manager approved after it was shown to her. Anthony kept saying he would charge me more for oil change. I advised him I would only pay what the coupon n manger authorized. l showed up @ 1400hrs and left dealership @1830 the longest l ever recall waiting for a simple oil change. I asked Anthony if there was any other issues r short comings that I should b aware of cabin filter,air filter wipers etc… He kept saying $19.99 wouldn’t cover any other checks which left me even more disappointed!

I certainly learned not to bring my car in on a Monday! I had a 10:30 appointment. At 12:15 when I checked with Tim they had not started my car. At 2:00I was finally on my way… Next time a Wednesday or Thursday appointment.

I came in for the 10k mile warranty service. Which was to include the oil change, cabin air filter and tire rotation. As for the last item, it was never done. I did not receive notification that the vehicle was done until the next day. I had to come in and assume that it was done on the day of the appointment. I did not receive any paperwork of the inspections done as per warranty inspections.

The outcome was just fine, although not sure how some services that were recommended from the last service that were not done are not still recommended. I feel that the service department is over scheduled , there should be spots for just routine maintenance that are in and out. I can easily go to another place routine oil change and tire rotation and take less than 3.5 hours…. This is not the first time I spent 3 plus hours waiting for my car

Took way too long. After 2 1/2 hours they finally started the servicing. That is totally unacceptable!!!
