Huge Shoutout to Diego! He went above and beyond in helping us with our tire warranty. Bell Road Toyota hasn’t been the greatest place over the past year with their service and their Reps, but Diego did everything in his power to make sure we were taken care off and helped us tremendously. He would be the ONLY person i would allow to assist us for any future services at this location. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!

I brought in my car 15 minutes prior to my schedlued appointment at 0730, I didn’t get my car back until 1130 for a simple yellow service. No one even bothered giving update about what’s going on and why it’s taking so long. I had to chase and look for the advisor to get information about my 4Runner. At least the staff that checks in and picks up the cars apologized….
