I needed immediate asistance from Tony because I accidentally jumped a curb and saw pink fluid when I checked the car immediately afterward. Tony made sure car examined for issues. In less than an hour problem diagnosed and repaired. Bill was reasonable. Tony's simply THE GREATEST!!

Eduardo was communicative. I appreciate the check in summary and txt. Picked up vehicle and Eduardo was out, yet gentlemen who helped me was very friendly and attentive. I have had negative experiences at Wright and Camelback Toyota. Service at Wright and Sales prospect at Camelback. Really appreciate the attentiveness of Bell Toyota

A pre-scheduled oil change appointment should not last over four and a half hours. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of respect of my time on my last visit. Not only did I have to wait and unacceptable amount of time for my vehicle to be completed, I had little to no communication and I did not receive the full inspection details that I paid for. Had it been communicated to me that the anticipated wait time was expected to be long in advance of my drop off, I would have made different arrangements for the afternoon. I would like a refund for the services that I had prepaid for. My vehicle has been at this location for every service since the day we purchased it. I'm ready to move to a new location unless someone can make this situation right. I am very saddened by the slipping standards in customer service.

I have been buying Toyota vehicles for 25+ years and Tony Isselhardt has been my service mgr for the majority of those years! He’s the primary reason I have my vehicle serviced at Bell Road Toyota. Tim was fantastic. The other three and, two mechanics were not! The rattling noise I originally took my car in was from back in June 3 months later $2500 later and I still have a rattling in my car. I went through two service writers, one service manager and two mechanics. still after three weeks and multiple trips into that place were unresolved. I couldn’t even get a hold of anybody to get my car back after three weeks. Because this was a recall and I spent $2500 on it I wasn’t taking it anywhere else so I was hooked up with Tim. So $6000 later, I now have a Land Cruiser that doesn’t make a rattling noise when it drives down the road. Satisfied no
