Tim was awesome and very apologetic when my yellow maintenance took 4 hours. I don’t think it’s really right or fair to take all the techs in the middle of my service. I will have to really think about returning.

Very unsatisfied with this his service. The stuff in my glove box was all over the floor in my car and my car is missing the piece that stops the glove box from falling. I need that missing piece back.

I wasted 3 hours and did not get my car serviced. A person from the corporate office showed up and called all of the mechanics into a meeting. Leaving all of the work and customers waiting for hours. This is very unprofessional. I understand meeting are necessary but you need to meet with half the staff and then the other half. It slows the work but does not bring it to a stand still and planning a head of time so that appointments can be reduced for the day. I disappointed in Bell Toyotas management. Side note. The noise playing in the waiting area is not music. It is noise pollution. I had to sit outside along with about 10 other people because of the so called music. Tim is great. He apologized for my wasted time and the inconvenience of having to go back to have my car serviced. Again very disappointed.
