It took 4+ hours to do my oil change. Then somehow one of my prepaid service got cancel and I had to pay for the service for the second time. Overall it’s a really bad experience

I never had a problem with a feature on my Highiander. Since I brought the Highlander on the day of service the dummy light is popping up. Bye the way that light never came on before you worried on my car. I am going to have that new problem along with what I brought the car in for. Very unhappy!!!

Jeffrey was of great assistance to me in my moment of need. I brought in a 2023 Tacoma truck I had just purchased at an auction and the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. I arrived at the service area around 415pm (without an appt) and no one in their little offices would come out and chat with me. Finally Jeffrey walked out and we chatted and he took care of me. Thank you Jeffrey for being a helpful service member to me. He went the extra mile to see if the techs could trouble shoot my vehicle STAT. I will always take my vehicle back to him for his help in a hopeless situation.
