Poor service. The engine oil spilled on the engine and the plastic lid at the bottom of my RAV4 was not fastened well. Why do you guys run promotions if you have create detractors because someone didn’t do their job well?

Tony is the absolute best. I have been bringing my cars there for over 20 years and Tony has been there the whole time. I have been to many dealers in the Phoenix area, and it is pretty rare to have the same point person for that period of time. I keep fearing that I am going to call once and hear that Tony has retired!

Had an appointment at 1:30, showed up early at 1:15. I was told it would take 2-2.5 hours. (For a simple oil change, no other service, no tire rotation, just an oil change.) A full THREE HOURS goes by and I have not gotten a text/call/any update (it’s now 4:30pm). Finally my husband and I drive back because we know the service department closes at 5pm. My car had apparently just been done and it took until almost 5pm to get checked out. Evan wasn’t even anywhere to be seen, some other guy checked us out. As we are finally leaving, Evan appears and says nothing. Terrible. I’m only coming back one more time because I paid for a 3 pack service last time so I have one service left paid for.

Eduardo was amazing! He provided an experience I’ve never had before at this location. He truly respected my time and even arranged an Uber to take me home so I could spend time with my kids while my car was being taken care of. Excellent service!

For some reason my appointment was not showing on the Bell Toyota system, but Diego received my car for the service. Later my appointment showed in the system. Also when we made the appointment through the phone they indicated that it will only take 1 hr to do the maintenance, so I planned accordingly. Diego indicated that it will take at least 3 hours, which was unacceptable, so I asked to reschedule, but Diego asked me if they gave a ride home will that be acceptable. It was for me and he provided a ride to and from home, which made possible to keep the car and my personal appointment. Good job for Diego and his manager to provide the ride option for me and take my car for the required maintenance.

For an oil change to take four hours is totally unacceptable. I had an appointment at 11:30. I arrived at approximately 11:25 and was told it would take approximately an hour and a half to two hours to service my vehicle. At approximately 2 o’clock, your service advisor came and told me they were just starting my vehicle. To say the least, I was not pleased. The service of my vehicle was finished at approximately 3:15 PM.
