Service that should have been completed and paid for by my platinum extended warranty was not done. Service advisors should have this information in front of them. This is not for me to have to let them know I have a warranty on my vehicle. Seems to me like if you’re not making money you all don’t want to deal with it. Very disappointed

I understand my service rep got **** with other customers, but a two hour oil change and tire rotation turned into four hours, and no one ever came out or contacted me to tell me what was going on.

My low tire pressure indicator is on after only 2 days since the pressure should have been checked. Not sure why this wouldn't have been handled during the inspection that was supposed to happen.
