Richard was fantastic. I brought my Camry in around 4:30 pm without an appointment because beginning the day before, I was having trouble starting the ignition and was afraid the battery was about to die. He was able to fit me in and my car was ready with a new battery in less than an hour.

I was disappointed by the principle of my car went in for a recall I explained I couldn’t be without a car and no one ever told me the rental wasn’t covered. I showed up to pick up my vehicle and had a bill for the rental. It wasn’t even about the amount but the disappointment in the non disclosure of this and what I perceive as 3 star service by Toyota corporation. I spent 90k on my car, for a recall I expect differently from you. Disappointed to say the least.

Service that should have been completed and paid for by my platinum extended warranty was not done. Service advisors should have this information in front of them. This is not for me to have to let them know I have a warranty on my vehicle. Seems to me like if you’re not making money you all don’t want to deal with it. Very disappointed
