There was mistakes made. I did not have a warranty, except that I do have car show them that helped. They performed repair on my electric doors and curse saved a lot of time and money. They just would’ve pushed the button. Instead of doing all kinds of diagnostics and charged me $195 a fee to guarantee payment. I felt like that was an overcharge plus they kept my car an extra night and then didn’t communicate when it was ready. I had to call.

I was beyond satisfied with Andrew and his outstanding customer service and professionalism. I was greeted with such a great and positive attitude by Andrew the day before when I went in to make an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I already had another estimate, but because of his customer service, I went with Toyota to have my vehicle serviced. Thank you, Andrew Hunkele. ????

We purchased our Rav4 from Right Toyota in Scottsdale and we're very unhappy with them. It seemed once they sold us the vehicle they weren't interested in dealing with us. We never went back to Right Toyota and stared going to Bell Toyota. We have been treated very well by all our service advisors, Leland Paxson, Trey Stautberg and Eduarto Parra. If the other advisors see us waiting they also approach and ask if we need assistance. Kudos to Bell Toyota.
