Thank you, but your service is terrible. It's not normal to have to wait two and a half hours to replace a decorative part, and this is the third time this has happened. My experience with Nissan has been very good, and with you it has been awful.

I came in for recall, then was told all cv boots need to be replace, advisor did not ck my warranty which is covd, now I have to bring car back. This did not happen in the past few days, it has been leaking awhile an toyota did not catch, and I was in there 1 mnth ago for oil change. I'm not happy with toyota now. Maybe you need to train your advisor better . I bought my car there from Clifford in 2020. He was great, svs don't know what there doing. Will repot to Todd mngr.

So quick and friendly. I was so happy and impressed by the service. I was a walk in by accident. But the facility and staff are amazing. It was so clean and quiet. I can’t wait to come back.

It took two hours to get an uber after the services were done and completely altered my day. I had to call 7 times to finally get in touch with someone who could get it ordered. Overall, Staff is only friendly if it involves a sale or commission. The customer service feels transactional.

Takes too long to get a oil change. 3 hours for a oil change with a appt is ridiculous. Should not take over 30 mins.

Diago was fabulous! He helped me out within hours of closing to put a new battery in my car so I didn’t have to deal with it the next day. Friendly and understanding of my situation! Thanks Diago for helping a girl in a pinch.
