I had made an appointment for9AM after purchasing a new car.than I was told to leave the car for the day,thing tha I couldn't do. Nobody told me that,I had a dr appointment. After arguing I got the car back at11.30. The service is great but you need to work on the customer side. Seems that after the closed deal the approach goes south. Olso happened befoe with my othercar car.

4 1/2 hours for an oil change? Waste of my time. Evanlee was nowhere to be seen. Never got a notification from him about the decision on the filter, or that the car was ready. No one came in to get me in the waiting area at any time. It was 2:30 by the time I had had enough and got some other service advisors to pity me and help out. Evanlee strolls in right as my car pulls up with lunch for himself. How nice, I thought. I myself have been starving and now don't have time to stop for food before my next meeting. Terrible experience.

My service advisor Rick was phenomenal! My concern is with the wrap up from the mechanic. I had lights turned off that took me a while to turn back on. They also did not put all my wires under the hood back where they belonged. Otherwise, everything was great.

Diego was amazing and my vehicle was done quick which is great. But I didnt check my tailgate before I left and it is still off centered. Not sure if that is just how its gonna be but it doesn't close right either.
