Charging $200 for removal of a rubberband is absurd, no equipment was damaged or any special equipment was needed for removal

I truly enjoyed working with Eduardo. I’d left him a message about a problem with my vehicle. He immediately called me back and make sure he would make time for me when I was available to get service. He reached out even later to make sure I was ok and that a technician would be there to help me. He is always so helpful and patience. I won’t go any place else but to Toyota to service my Corolla

Bell road Toyotas service dept is the best. Every time I go there I am well taken care of and today was no exception! I almost rescheduled due to an appointment that came up. I didn’t have time to wait two hours for my oil change. Evanlee to the rescue! He had me in and out of there within an hour and I had plenty of time for my other appointment. Thank you Evanlee and thank you Bell Road Toyota!
