Diego was very nice. The issue I had was with scheduling. I scheduled my service in the Toyota app for 12.17.25 I had a text confirming this. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was actually for the 18th. I showed them my confirmation and they were able to fit me in but my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until COB.

Just want to say thank you, before diego I ust go with trey, they told me diego was some one that can help me, I like to deal with responsible people and that they follow through what they say. Trey was great he's the one who told me to go with diego and it was a good choice. Diego was excellent, this is the second time he help me and did great I didn't have to do anything cause he took care everything he say he will and what I ask.

Eduardo was great, but whoever schedules should give clients a call to let them know it’s going to be at least 3 hours for an oil change. Again, Eduardo was excellent, but I had a 1:45 appointment and didn’t get out until 5:10. Thanks

My vehicle was never repaired. Toyota representatives would tell me I needed parts to remedy the issue. I spent all my savings, only to be told that I would need a new engine and transmission. I would not have spent all my savings had I been informed of all this from the start. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with Toyota. Toyota customer representatives would tell me they would follow the repairs, but I would be sent a message that I my vehicle was never checked in.

Person responsible was very poor in service . Not returning call or mesage in time . He didn’t explain even service work . Didn’t provide any update on recall . Very very poor service

Alan was very helpful but the wait time was excessive. 3.5 hours for an oil change. Making a reservation does not have the same meaning as it used to. I ran into the same issue at Discount Tire recently. Very frustrating. Time to look at alternatives.
