I was sending my wife to bring our car in and took the time to call the day before to make sure my priorities were understood. When she arrived, Eduardo decided to ask her what she was bringing the car in for rather than read the notes which frustrated her and me! One of the issues is our sunglasses tray which has a broken hinge or something. The solution we were given is to replace the ceiling console at a ridiculous cost of $800. When I questioned him on it he then suggested I try and get the tray on Amazon for $25. What if my wife hadn’t asked me to step in. We may have paid for something we didn’t need! I expect more from Toyota.

Diego was incredibly kind and helpful. I work in customer service and understand the need to give good service, but Diego’s felt genuine. Also, I am very mildly knowledgeable about cars and I worry that it will be a point of contention during an appointment, but Diego explained everything thoroughly and easy to understand, without judgement. Also this is the most affordably priced oil change I’ve gotten with this vehicle.

Tiny is so great! I goofed and came at the wrong time and he just took care of me, as always. Afraid since my brother passed, I'm a bit off. We shared our home since 92. Thank you Bell Road and Tony for always taking good care of my car and me.????

Your mechanic doesn’t do the right work they never change the filter in my vehicle

A simple oil change should not take over 4. I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup and it was still over another hour before it actually was. The tech that did my oil change, did not tighten the oil filter other and the oil came back out. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Bell Rd Toyota and I do not think I will ever visit again. It took longer to get an oil change than it did when I bought the vehicle, unacceptable!!

Billy did a great job as usual, I really appreciate his willingness to form relationships with customers that enables me to trust him and know that he will catch things that need to be fixed but more importantly, don't fix what isn't broken.

will never step foot in this dealership again! I made an appt for an oil change at 8:30 am. I get there and they said 3 hours. 2 hours and 20 minutes later I got a call that it would be at least 1 more hour before they took it back. This is insane. I left at the point of the call. I went to jiffyLube. I also left you a nasty review ! You wasted my time this morning!!
