Evenly did a fantastic job on great customer service and a personable customer experience. He informed me of our vehicle status and apologized when the initial time frame to complete the service was not met.
The part that I was not completely satisfied was when we picked up our vehicle after service, I had asked if the battery had been disconnected and the idle relearn was set as the service indicated that computer reprogram was done. He mentioned that you he technician who serviced it would have taken care of it if it needed it done. I mentioned this because we had our other Toyota serviced last month not knowing they had disconnected our battery and did not do an idle relearn and my wife took the car and it died right after pulling out into the road of traffic. We managed to get the car to the side of the road and I came and did an idle relearn and that solved the issue. Now we were told yesterday when we picked up our vehicle that it should be ok and my wife drove the vehicle off the lot and it died at the stop light right on Bell road. It started again and died when pulling into our street (we live about a mile from Bell Toyota) I followed her home and did an idle relearn on the vehicle and that solved the issue. I called Evenly then and told him the situation. He immediately apologized and asked if we needed a tow. I said that we got the vehicle home and that I was doing the idle relearn and it solved the issue. I mentioned that we were alright but if they had said this to someone else who did not know what to do and were left stranded on the road right after leaving the dealership, they probably would be very frustrated with the service.
My car never got serviced.... I was told 2hr to 2hr and 15min max. At 2.5 hours I asked when my car would be done. I was told it wasn't even started and it would be another 1.5 hours. 4 hours for an oil change and at no point in this process this was communicated to me. I was the one who had to ask after the original time I was given expired. I wouldn't have sat there waiting 2.5 hours had someone just had enough professionalism to be honest and COMMUNICATE. I ended up leaving after waiting 2.5 hours with the only response being "well the guys are getting screwed over today." . I'd be much more understanding of that if the employees being "screwed over" could have been communicated to me up front so I could have rescheduled for another day since I knew I did not have 4 hours to wait on an oil change that day.
This has been an ongoing problem to the point I dread oil change days, but this time was particularly bad.
Just please start being professional and honest with people.
Service was fine. Problem was delivery of needed part delayed completion by three days.

The service took way to long, appt was for 9:30 a.m. and dis not get vehicle back until 3:30 pm. Additonally the sparkplug change was qouted more than expexted.
I had an appointment for an oil change, got to my appointment and waited 4 hours. I feel like if I have an appointment it shouldn’t really take that long because even without one that’s an excessive amount of time. But everyone was very nice and courteous.

This place is an absolute joke, brought my car in because my battery died and my car wouldn’t start they gave mean oil change when I came in for my battery when I asked what was wrong with my car they had no answers they gave me my car back with the check engine light still on so I told them they needed to take a better check on what’s going on the kept my car for two days just for them to say nothing wrong with my car and they gave it back to me it’s been about 4 days since I’ve gotten it back and it’s having the same issue.
Rick understood my questions, even over the phone well before the appointment and was able to answer all of them.
He was professional, courteous and friendly, and smart.

Tim has helped me several times now with my tundra an every single time is giving me exceptional service.
