I have already sent an email to the general manager to express my disappointment. The short version was that I waited over 6 hours for my 115,000 mile service which consisted of a tire rotation and inspection. I was told expect 3-4 hours which seemed long but was fine. The communication was poor. I had to seek out Anthony after 4 hours. Once the inspection was over, he said give 20 minutes. Over an hour later I got my vehicle back. The process is broken and unacceptable. I will be going to Right Toyota next time since I had plenty of time to research other options.

I would have preferred if I was assisted with the sun bit application. Instead I did on my phone amount was fully charged to my account and not put on a payment plan. Times are hard and I b am on a fixed income

I don’t know why it takes over six hours to get my vehicle worked on. I don’t know why when I leave a message at Bell Toyota. Nobody ever calls back.. I left him a message seeing if they were open tomorrow and what time I could pick it up the next day and I never got a return phone call.

Mirror issue wasn’t fixed Saved settings in the car were messed with Nothing related to the mirror seems to have been done Feels like the car was screwed with and not actually diagnosed or fixed

Bill Sparks did an excellent job keeping me informed about the work needed on vehicle and how long it would take. The work was completed on the same day I dropped the vehicle off. I was impressed and plan to come back when work is needed on my car once again.

I had to wait close to 5 hrs for my service on oil change check up. When I called to schedule the appointment they inform me an hour and half. When I got there at 11;30am they said 3 hrs due to employees called out for the day. ( could of called me to reschedule but no they did not). He stated will get me out asap speaking to other customers they were told the same thing. I had to go to Evanlee to see how much longer. Never kept me posted. One customer had an oil change appointment at 1:30pm and was put in 3 hrs. I did speak to Mgr Todd Rebhan regarding my experience he was very polite and listen to my concerns. I don't need a call back since I spoke to Todd.
