Very dissatisfied with my service had a 1030a appointment waited 5hrs nothing got done with my vehicle I couldn't wait any longer bought a warranty with my vehicle and it's like I don't have one get the runaround and your assistant manager Anthony charbeneau has the worst customer service

Alan was fantastic and handled my appointment professionally. I must say Bell Toyota is a much better experience than Larry Miller Toyota. I felt less like a number and more personally cared for at Bell Toyota.

After a really difficult couple of months I find out after multiple attempts to reach my service advisor Alex Ortiz and the answer service not relaying information. I still bring my truck and my girlfriends 4 runner, an oil change that normally takes an hour now 2 hrs, the information about possibly get $300+ in tow mirrors not in the file. Waiting almost 5 months for a warranty part to be installed on my girlfriends 4 runner and to top it off she didn’t want to do a tire rotation till next time and they almost in bolted the tires.

Service took way too long at every step given I had an appointment. It took 30 minutes to get checked in, oil change took 6 hours and cooking to pick up the car took 40 minutes. No point in having an appointment or I would have scheduled a different day to have an oil change in a more reasonable time period. Anthony was great and apologized for the wait. He had no control over everyone showing up at once

An amazing job as always truly appreciate you putting the trim bolt in on threat my wife was very happy. We purchased from Avondale but always bring it to bell because of top notch customer service

Service was predicted to take 2.5-3 hours. It took 4 hours for a 5000 mile checkup. I did not receive explanation other than software needed updated. In my experience this kind of service does not take 4 hours.
