I brought the car to do the recalls. Car wasn't running. I was told to pay for one hour for diagnostic. I ended up being five hours and still know diagnostic. I took it to a private shop. I paid $150 and I had the diane diagnostic within one hour.

Took the car in for transmission flush. Came back making noise due to low transmission fluid. Was kind to give me a rental vehicle due to needed to be inspected why noise. Was informed that low fluid was the cause. Asked if he could mark on paperwork that not enough fluid was installed in case of damage was caused to it and he refused saying he cannot do that as the order was closed already. Then had Ann from service come over to make him. He did but was worded weird like it could be interpreted as we brought in with making noise. Please revise the paperwork
