Alan was awesome!! However, in general I think there should be a way to make the oil change for my vehicle not last 7 hours. If there would be any way to communicate that you can confirm a day before or anything like that so the service department could get the part in that was needed. I just think it should be a quicker process or at least communicated differently!

Eduardo was so pleasant and helpful. I understand it’s a busy time, but he was kind, professional and patient with me even when I grew a bit frustrated because I thought I’d be late for work. I will choose him every visit. Thank you so much Sir!

Some sales woman got too close to me and too personal when I clearly just wanted to sit and watch videos on my phone with my headphones on while waiting. I had been waiting over 4 hrs at that point. She made a rude comment about me "not being friendly" when I simply declined her own rude intrusion into my personal space. If I wanted to talk to sales I would have **** done so.

There was a misc charge on my bill that I didn’t approve. I asked why the price was more than what I was quoted and was quickly shown the bill and told it was sales tax. Upon looking it is labeled misc charge and was roughly $5.

I was told by Mr. Leyva it would be a little over 2 hours to do the $69.95 special. 3.75 hours later, my car was brought up to me. Had I known, I would have taken advantage of the Lyft that you provide.

I brought my car in for the 20,000 service nothing needed to be done except an oil change was done. I made a 10:00 AM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early 5 hours later my car was done as I waited in the service center. This was an unacceptable waiting time and I will no longer use this service department again Very unacceptable service experience!

The problem I have is when I make an appointment for an oil change and im told it will be 3 hours to complete. By the time it was completed and I drove away it was 4 hours. Completely unacceptable.
