We took the highlander to change the battery and they said the battery isn’t the issue like you guys at bell road Toyota said it was. We trusted what you said and now we need to take the vehicle back to Toyota again for another inspection.

After agreeing to have the transmission replaced, we had a very hard time getting in touch with anyone to tell us when it would be ready. Tim never bothered to call with an update unless we left several messages. In the end, what we expected to be 48 hours turned into 1.5 weeks without a car. This was unbelievably disruptive and we could have made plans if we’d had any indication. The last time we spoke to him, Tim said on a Wednesday that it might be done Friday, but it wasn’t ready until Tuesday. Totally unacceptable. And for 9K in work, would have appreciated cleaning up the car after yourselves- it was dirty and smelled awful. Can’t imagine we will ever be back.

Tony always does a great job, that’s why I keep coming back. Service has been great. I bought my first Toyota Corolla in 1988 from Bell Road Toyota.

My oil and filter change took over five hours. I was told that it would take no longer than two hours if it was going to be longer, I would be informed. No one informed me so after 3 1/2 hours I approached the individual waiting on me. He told me it would be another half hour. An hour and a half later I again went to him. It was then that he discovered that my car was done. He said it was very tough through the day. I saw a number of people come in after me to get work done on their vehicle some up to three hours after my arrival and they got their vehicles completed in a very short time.

Aaron was very helpful and was able to conduct a thorough analysis, which led to the necessary repairs for my Corolla Cross. I had previously brought it in to Camelback Toyota where they only reset the car both times I brought the vehicle in. Aaron listened to me and made sure to fully investigate the problem and successfully had the faulty gas tank replaced

There was an issue after the oil change and recall maintenance service. The oil or fluid that leaked out spread underneath of my vehicle after driving on the freeway and now all I can smell is burnt oil whenever get out of the vehicle. I asked them to clean it and they said they did, but whenever I park my vehicle after running it, I can smell the oil/fluid burning, and I didn't have that issue before. I do however, appreciate that they found an issue and called me back in for a courtesy.Check to fix the problem. I can't tell you of any other place that would have done that!

Let me be very clear there is absolutely no challenge with Alan , he is the most pleasant and spot on service representative i found ,absolutely 5 star ... my major issue with the service as a overall whole from Bell Toyota, few of the things are as listed below - 1. My car issue is not fixed completely 2.intially it was told that its a Passenger side engine mount which i told to get it replaced 3. post delivery still it was same issue 4. again car was taken to garage and still car vibrations are still on in Drive mode while parking brakes are on 5. so i am not sure its due to Engine mounts or something else 6. latter at the time of delivery its being told that this might be due to something else, this as far as we can go fixing it 7. so i am not sure what really is a issue and how it can be fixed ,my issue with the car is still not fixed and not sure was Engine mount was really a issue at first place .. my expectation is i should be given definitive answers on 1. is this car vibration are normal if not its because of so and so reason , i am happy to talk with mechanics working on the same and talk through whats happening around ,again i repeat Alan done his job accurately , but i need complete issue to be fixe like a trusted Toyota official service provider, kindly reach out to me over +****-****-xxxx to talk through in details.

Never had a problem it just was the fact we waited 3 hrs for a oil change…my appointment was for 2:30 and they didn’t even look at it till almost 5:00 I understand if you were busy but it looked slow and no one told us it would be that long. Never had this problem in the past usually very quick
