Your scheduling of service is much to be desired you have a ton of people arriving at 7:30 and I always like to wait as I live in Cave creek always a long wait anymore always have a lot extra to do . I have had a hatch back issue for the last couple years he said it took so long like over an hour to work on the hatchback, befire they ever began the service work , however he said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and they did nothing to it . The scheduling of the service dept is a big complaint if mine, Edwardo is polite and just doing his job no complaint with him , but it is my last time I will be going to Toyota Bell Road . I am not alone I know of 2 other customers in the waiting room having similar issues and they are not returning either .

I am so glad to see TJ Ridinger is no longer there. He yelled at me “ this is your second warning “ w recommendations. Told me last time Uber home , etc. this visit was truly friendly, professional and back to the service I expected after all these years. Thank you Anthony!

Brought my Tacoma in for 15k service. Made the appointment to be first thing in the morning . To clarify; this service did not involve anything other than checking fluids, rotating tires. No oil change. I was waiting at dealer for completion. Truck was finished after about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Had to wait for another hour, and finally confront Alan about status when he finally got my paperwork and signed me out. In short, the concern about providing good customer service was completely lacking
