I appreciate that Alan was able to get my oil change done under an expired package I had purchased previously. What I didn’t like was that I barely got my car home afterwards because it started making a whining sound and the power steering went out. I took it into a shop this morning and they had to replace the alternator and the drive belt. I feel like this should have been caught by the technician that was servicing my vehicle yesterday afternoon and not allowed me to drive the car home before it was fixed

Diego and his manager were very kind and sweet. There was a big lack of communication getting my car fixed and when I came up after calling multiple times to see if my car was done because nobody had alerted me, they were getting me checked out, pulled my car up and they had not even fixed what they said they were going to, so I had to wait another hour….. this caused me to lose two hours of work… And back up communication was pretty horrible… Diego was off the day that I was supposed to pick up my car and it was like I got lost in the system again his manager, when I got there was extremely kind very helpful really really liked him, but was just frustrated with the lack of communication and not even doing the work

I came for oil change. And I have to wait more them 4 hours for my car to be ready. Tim did a very good job with me but the time my car took to be ready was way to much. Then when my car came from the the service it was with no Tage inside the windshield to remind me when it's the next service for my car. I am even worry that's the service wasn't even done on my car and they didn't do the oil change.

I had an appointment for an oil change. I called the number 3 times no answer. I left a message, no call back. After 4 hours I finally reached someone else only to be told my car wasn’t ready. They told me I was next in line. I told the guy I couldn’t wait and to take it out of line. I mentioned I was disappointed nobody called. He said it was Alan’s job to call. I told him he still works there. He said they were really behind today. Next time let people know. I got my car without the oil change.
