they gave me an appointment time in 4 hours later they said they haven't even gotten to it and it will be a while before they do. that's unacceptable so I took the car and left.

The low tire warning light on my dash was not turned off. My spare is low. The oil maintanence needed message on my dash was not turned off. I asked that my rear wiper be checked. It won’t turn on for me. The result of their inspection wasn’t noted on my service report and it still won’t turn on for me. My vehicle was at the dealership a long time. In all fairness I did take the fab home with me in the uber but I came right back so maybe a 30 min delay in being able to start. I was expecting a 3-4 hrs timeframe.

My regular 5000 miles service took over 4hrs to complete only with an oil change with no inspection and not sure if tires was rotated. I made a 10:00 am appointment Alan was very helpful and his customer service was awesome.

I had to wait two weeks for an appointment for an oil change, and then I had to wait two hours for that oil change. Also, some of your prices are ridiculous. They wanted to charge me almost $80 to replace a cabin air filter that I could do for myself for $20.

I had a great experience with the Toyota service department, thanks to my service representative. Eduardo was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. Everything was explained clearly, the service was completed on time, and I felt confident my car was in good hands. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
