I was expecting a normal 45 min to an hour oil change/tire rotation. I waited for 3 hrs without any updates or explanation that it would take longer because they didn’t have the filter for my vehicle. I had even asked for a status update through the link that was texted to me and there was no response.

It seems unreasonable to me that it takes almost 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. They should not schedule as many appointments if that is causing a delay in getting people in at their scheduled time.

Anthony was a great service member. What isn’t great is an oil change and nothing else taking three hours. My boyfriend or I could have changed it faster at home. I wouldn’t have waited at the dealer if it would have taken that long. 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. My Subaru at camelback takes 45 minutes and they do an inspection too!

All staff was great. Efficient, polite, etc. only problem was music in waiting room. Loud and rap, head banging music. Made it very difficult to read or use cell phone

A grease stain was left in the driver seat upon picking up the vehicle. I notified a worker and he sent my car to detail so it could be removed. About 20 mins later he brought the car back and said I was good to go and walked away. The stain was still there. My husband had to bring it back later that afternoon for it to be detailed again and even then the stain is still slightly visible. I’m extremely upset that I buy a brand new car from you guys and it gets a stain during the first service. The least you could do is put down a protective barrier when servicing it.

Wouldn’t honor the warranty I paid $100 for two air filters They owe me two caps for the back of my tires that were on there when I came in.

I had been in last week and didn’t have nearly the same service. My last vehicle left me not wanting to come back. I only came in for oil change and recall. Eduardo was class act top to bottom.
