Alan is an outstanding service rep. Very attentive to your questions and just a very friendly person. I give him 10 stars. The best rep ever since I have been having you folks service my vehicles for the past 15 years. He deserves a raise for sure .

Service adivsor was awesome, 3 hrs for an oil change is not good, whoever is in charge of the appts the manager or supervisor who over sees the appts. Needs to figure a better plan no point for an appt if you cant be seen in a timely manner, which was not,

20 gallons of gas was stolen, when I made it aware to Aaron my service tech he just completely ignore me stating things that don't make since. Even sent an email. On top of that my car appt was at noon I didn't get car back until 5pm. When I call ask about the time frame kept getting lied after lie until I started recording calls. One of them is the reo lying about a simple request. Than i called back a lady did exactly what i had ask of her.. very very very very disappointed in the bell road Toyota service area. Bet i won't come over. Stole my gas wasn't upfront about the time of service, horrible customer service

I had an 11 appointment and didn't leave until almost 3. 4 HOURS!!! No communication from Aaron, no suggestion to go ahead and go home since it would take a long time. NOTHING until I asked after waiting 3 hours. 4 hours for a 5,000 mile service that didn't even include an oil change. I can't even explain how angry and disappointed I am with the service. I have been a customer for years!! Four cars in a row from you. I will not be coming back. I will go to another Toyota dealership for the remainder of my Toyota care service!!

Eduardo was a great service advisor! Service department overall needs some work on their time management and scheduling…..Had a 1:30 appointment and the truck wasn’t done until 5:30… Four hours for only an oil change is not good!

Kris was my advisor and he was great although when I received my truck back, I noticed I had some stuff on the passenger floorboard that was in my glove compartment when I checked my compartment everything was all moved around and it had been gone through and I was missing a gift card very disappointed that my personal belongings were gone through and something was stolen. Would love to speak with a manager about this.
