Initially my experience was not the best. However, after hearing out to Alan and expressing my concerns he immediately took action to make it right. He treated me with respect and empathy throughout every interaction. Didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver. If I ever bring my vehicle back for service Alan is solely the reason why. His customer service is S Tier and should be recognized for his work. Other service reps should take note. I don't have enough good things to say about Alan. Bell Toyota should hire people using Alan as a template for ALL potential employees. Thank you Alan, for taking what was a very frustrating experience and turning it completely around. Please make sure he's is made aware of this feedback!

Advisors was combative when i was telling him about issue stated what the problem was without any trouble shooting and then lied to me. Advisors should listen to problem and understand how frustrating a reoccurring issue is and let the technitian come to a conclusion. Was not rude but very condescending.

The wait for and oil change, inspection and recall for battery was over three hours. The wait time seems unreasonable as I told the scheduler I would be waiting at Toyota when I made the appointment.

It took over 4 hours for a scheduled oil change. Not a walk in…. Scheduled. That’s unacceptable The recommended actions didn’t show the labor costs (or if I did, I couldn’t find it) so was surprised by an “additional” $180

Tim was able to schedule an appointment immediately and my Tundra was only out of service for a few hours. Great job Tim and Bell Rd Toyota.

My service rep was great . But Toyota product is a huge disappointment from previous Toyotas. Since lithia took over it’s all about making money and charging for anything and everything possible just to make a dollar. I have been a Toyota owner for over 40 years. The quality has diminished while the pricing has skyrocketed. Everything I’m in the service department I spend 500-2000 dollars on extra service items. Toyota used to be cheap to keep, but no longer…

Worst service. Was told 2-3 hours. 5 hours later I saw people getting their vehicle complete who got there after I did. I got no answer why or how this happened. I didn't even get an oil change. It was a simple 25k service

The staff is fine but the service is slow & getting worse. I’m about done with you except for major recheck. I don’t need to wait 3 hours for an oil change & tire rotation.

Billy Sparks was great and saved me a lot of money by having the air conditioner checked out for me and was happy to find out it was a 0-ring that was causing a refrigerant leak.If left longer could have cost me over $2000 to fix the air conditioner. Good job Billy ???? ????

I picked up my vehicle after leaving it for 2 Days with a completely flat rear tire. I was told by their Ignorant DEI Hire Service Manager that they could not help me and that they do not do flat repairs. I worked for multiple Toyota Dealerships over the years and this by far is the Worst experience I’ve ever had.

My service advisor was fine, although he did not come update me at all during the process of my vehicle being serviced. What I’m dissatisfied about is the fact that I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. There’s no reason I should spend that much of my day waiting for a job that takes 30 minutes.
