When scheduling the appointment, I was told that I would be able to take a rental car for the day. When I got there at 6:15am, Tim informed me that car rentals aren't available until 8:30am. He worked with me to get my truck serviced right away as to not make me reschedule after a far drive, early in the morning. This is absolutely invaluable to me as I work 3 jobs in 1 day, totaling a 12 hour work day and transportation is absolutely necessary.
Tim make what could have been an extremely frustrating process, absolutely seamless. Thank you.

Communication with Tim was difficult. When I got a message to call him…I couldn’t use the numbers that appeared.
15-25 minutes turned to 40 without any update from Tim
I finally had to go out to him to check on my car, only to see it done and parked. Sometime after pulling away from the dealership I noticed another message saying it was done. That wasn’t there when I went to check on my car.
Original time estimate was 2-3 hours but was 3.5 before filters replaced. I made the 6:30am appointment because I had later commitments to get to
Tony is always helpful and Knowledgeable. My dad ans I always trust Tony for our service needs on our cars.
Chris was fine. The problem is that it took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. I also had a coupon for a free appraisal while I wait. The billing was incorrect. Chris just blew it off as tax when the invoice showed only $3.75 of tax. He did correct the price. No one knew anything about the appraisal. When Chris called me after having my car almost 4 hours, no one had even looked at my car for the appraisal. I still have not heard anything about that. It saddens me because I tried to give you another chance after having a similar experience with my last visit. Never again, no matter how cheap the oil change is! I. Addition, my mother needs a new car. I had planned on bringing her in because I love my Toyota. Due to several unpleasant experiences I refuse to recommend anyone to your establishment.

Had it not been for Allen's extraordinary commitment to customer satisfaction, I would undoubtedly have escalated this matter through legal channels due to the extent of my frustration and the feeling of being taken advantage of. He is truly an invaluable asset to your team, and his efforts alone have prevented a complete loss of faith in your dealership.
However, my positive interactions with Allen stand in stark contrast to the substandard maintenance service I received. As a loyal Toyota customer for over sixteen years, I entrusted my beloved Corolla to your dealership, believing there was no better place to ensure its proper care. My expectation was that, after investing a significant sum—thousands of dollars—into comprehensive servicing, my vehicle would return in optimal condition. Instead, I was dismayed to find that its performance and condition seemed to have *deteriorated* since I brought it in. The diagnostic work identified necessary repairs, but the execution of these services fell far short of any acceptable standard. This entire experience left me feeling profoundly disappointed and, frankly, exploited, a sentiment exacerbated by the vulnerability one can feel when entrusting such significant repairs to professionals.
I have always been a vocal advocate for Toyota, persuading countless friends and acquaintances to choose your brand over competitors. This recent incident, however, has profoundly shaken my confidence and left me questioning my long-standing loyalty. It is disheartening to consider that an experience like this could compel me to reconsider my future automotive service and purchasing decisions.
For a considerable duration, I have consistently entrusted Toyota with the maintenance and care of my vehicle, often choosing your services over alternatives. This patronage has continued even through previous occasions where the service quality or outcome did not meet my expectations. This experience is definitely a turning point as to if I will ever entrust Toyota services with one my most priced possessions.

Service at Bell Rd Toyota has drastically declined in the last few years, my family and I have bought 16 vehicles from your location I myself have bought 6 trucks , in the recent years , I will say this much my service experience has been absolutely horrible !!!
My Advisor was amazing, but it took 6 hours to get my oil change… That is the longest time that I have ever had to wait for an oil change… !!
