I was pleased with the service agent and the labor. However, I had asked that the car clock be reset to the correct time. That was not done when I picked Up the car. When I asked the service agent to reset it before I left, he didn’t know how.

I scheduled my oil change service a week prior to arriving at the shop. When I arrived, service advisor Alan said it could take 2-4 hours (for ONLY) an oil change. It took 3.5 hours to complete this simple task. When Alan gave me the paperwork, he said nothing not even thank you. He just handed it and walked away. We spent over 50k for our truck there now the service department could care less about client relations. When I got home, there was oil leaking everywhere underneath on the garage floor. Oil splattered everywhere on the underside and obviously no attempt to clean it off. I was sitting next to another customer who was very frustrated at his long wait time also for an oil change. Unfortunately we have LOF there but what a headache.

We have trusted our vehicles to Tony for over 20 years. He has NEVER led us wrong. Have always considered his information/knowledge on continuing Toyota purchases. Would not think to take our vehicles anywhere else for service. Props to Tony !!!!!

I appreciate the service they provide, but every time I get an oil change it takes longer and longer. 3.5 hours is way too long. I feel like I never have an appointment anymore, just an arrival time and I just get in line with walk ins.

When I made the appt for an oil change and tonneau cover install, Eduardo agreed to honor a 25 % coupon Bell Road sent me for accessories and take 20 % off of install since I found out that camelback Toyota would do the install for $100 less than Bell Road. That would have been a total discount of $317. When I picked up the vehicle Eduardo did not honor what he told me he would do and only gave me a $200 discount. Lesson learned can’t trust what your service advisors tell you.

4 and 1/2 hours total is too long and a waste of my time for an oil change, coolant flush that was only supposed to take only 2 1/2 hours and then I agreed to a tire rotation and was told about 10 minutes and I waited another hour and half. Not happy.
