I have had a very bad experience with Mr. Tim Zarbock, who was my service advisor. There was no proper communication on when my car was ready for pickup. Initially he told me that my car would be ready by 10am, but when I was there, he tells me it’s not ready yet. He would not pick up my calls nor read my text messages. Plus, Tim had recommended to replace one of my rear tires as it was flat due to a bolt in it. I followed his recommendation and asked him to replace with a new tire. I then asked him keep my old damaged tire in the back of my car to which he said yes. After I picked up the car, I didn’t see the damaged tire in my trunk. Now, Tim doesn’t reply to my messages on why he didn’t keep my old tire in my car trunk
He did a great job of explaining repairs to me and answering my questions

Jeremy Drohan has always been my go to guy, and I was nervous about trying a new Service Rep. Aaron Cheesmond immediately made me feel comfortable. He was professional,answered all my questions and explained everything so well. Like Jeremy.he also had that, "love my job, happy to serve you attitude." Thank you Jeremy for all your help.

At first there was an issue getting in at my scheduled time. I waited for over 25 minutes and had somebody else check me in. Next, I got a text about issues that needed fixed with my vehicle. One issue was my front shocks. I agreed to the quoted price to fix the front shocks but then received a call and told that the quoted price was wrong and that it would be double. I needed up agreeing to get them still fixed and the parts are now on encoder and I have to come back in.

I trusted this place one more time to get new tires on my car from an offer online from Toyota co. I choose this dealer because is closer to home. And as I was buying new tires, to replace the still in good condition tires I had just for safety reason as this vehicle is the one my wife uses daily to pick up our grandkids.
The tires I received on my car at this service are not new, this is obvious as the tire nibs are not there like they normally are. Also on new tires normally they have labels or markings on the sole, which these did not have. Instead they looked more like if they were used or rode on before for some time. After telling that to the service person he said “that it is a custom to do that, set of tires never come the same as new tires;
And that tires are warranty for two years any way. When I ask if there is a free maintenance rotation of the tires, he said “no, just the warranty for two years, anything that happen to the tires.“
I really was upset for the result of my purchase at your dealer, because I ended up with 3 tires DOT 0125 a year and 3 months old and 1 tire DOT 5224 1+ rear old, in addition to the bad customer service. If I explained what happened to any experienced person on legal issues, this could be grounds for fraud.
So I hope the warranty is good and I don’t have another experience as such if ever need to go back to this Toyota dealership.
Diego was great. Very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know he found out. He provided a happy environment. I just wish that when they replaced my tires they would have reuse the original valve caps that matched my wheels instead of cheap black ones that now stand out.
This is the fastest visit I have had at the dealership for my oil change.
Service was prompt and friendly, and was informed of services needed pretty quickly
It’s still showing error messages telling me the battery is not charging.This is after the battery was replaced. I do not know how to jump start my car. I am new to the area so not being able to connect My Google. Maps is a huge problem for me. I have no radio which I could care less about, but I’m told that is the only way I can get to Google Maps which is more concerning. I was never advised that my radio was bad until the vehicle was given back to me and I was starting to drive away. I realized it and had to go back to see the service advisor to find out why it wasn’t working. After he researched it he told me that the radio had to be replaced,which I was informed then,that it had to be ordered and I would be contacted to bring the vehicle back for this repair. This is after spending 6 hours waiting for my vehicle. I am now carrying a portable jump starter with me because I have no confidence in this vehicle or the reliability of it. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with Toyota and the service.

2.5 hours became 5 hours. Battery terminals not cleaned. Two missing bolts front bumper. Mileage incorrect.
Only one minor comment. Service was slower than Larry Miller, where I used to go. Was happy though.
